Sandwich steamer for home use? - commercial sandwich steamer
Who knows, if you can buy a "home" to make one of those steamers, like commercial use of submarines and their Melty really sweet and tasty? I looked a bit online, but (I saw the advertisement for the sale and I have no place for anything that big!) Or if you know a way to achieve the same result would be open to that too!

A hot pot or pan with a rack to pour one 1/4-1/2 C water on deck. I do it with coffee, cakes and muffins
