Morning Sickness and other Pregnancy tips? - pregnancy tips more condition_symptoms

Ok my friend with her first child, and she is too frightened to talk to his mother about this ... she is 20 on the road. She was in a good relationship, but turn bitter, because they want more children. Anyway, she's terrible morning sickness, all day. And the doctor did not give rational drug helps. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or other advice in pregnancy? He is 8 weeks!

I'm sorry your friend is upset.
Here's something that is what I copied from a website of natural health during pregnancy.

Nausea

This is also known as morning sickness, but can be found at any time of day. These symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, usually at the end of the first three months to disappear. Everything that irritates the condition: blood sugar, low blood pressure, hormonal changes, emotional ambivalence, a lack of vitamin B6 and iron, or excessive amounts of fats or certain spices. Vomiting that needs health care, is exaggerated.

Suggestions:

# The deep breathing can help, as well as relaxation exercises,
# A snack before bedtime proteins help the blood sugar level in the morning
# You slowly out of bed
# Take a daily walk
# March bands on both wrists for acupressure points

# A teaspoon of cider vinegar in a cup of hot water
# The infusion of ginger root
# Ginger soil odor
